Pre-Sales Architect

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or a similar customer-facing technical role within a B2B AI/ML environment, holding a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, and demonstrating experience delivering prototypes or products based on Generative AI or traditional ML-based solutions. Furthermore, they should have expertise in LLM tuning, encompassing an understanding of potential risks, operational challenges, and deployment complexities, coupled with a strong technical background including experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations.
The Founding Sales Engineer will own technical demonstrations, creating and delivering compelling product demos tailored to various audiences, lead proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, designing and implementing them to validate platform value and ensure compliance, guide technical evaluations by working with customers through assessments and reviews, collaborate internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve challenges and influence product development, build technical assets such as demo environments and documentation, support customer onboarding and implementation, identify new use cases and expansion opportunities, and provide expertise in LLM tuning, refining and optimizing large language models while addressing risks and inefficiencies.
