Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the database or software industry. Strong technical skills and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts are essential, as is a customer-focused approach and experience in pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Aerospike’s products and services to customers, discuss equipment needs and system requirements, collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide support, generate sales leads and secure orders, research and modify products to meet customer requirements, assist customers with product issues and recommend upgrades, solicit and analyze client feedback to develop sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to management.
