Candidates should have 7+ years of experience working with clients and technology partners, selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software. They must be comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers, possess exceptional presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and be self-motivated and willing to travel. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also required.
The Sales Engineer will uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, articulating Cohesity technology to business and technical users. They will enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into their environments, develop secondary storage technology strategy for large customers, and communicate Cohesity's vision through demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals. The role involves identifying customer needs, crafting proof of concepts, collaborating with product management to provide field insights, and offering project management and post-sales technical support.
