Position Overview

Dataminr is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity across our global revenue organization. This role involves close collaboration with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to design and implement high-impact enablement programs. The goal is to drive revenue performance and accelerate time to value for our clients.

The Opportunity

As a GTM Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Ops leaders to define and execute our enablement strategy.
  • Design and deliver selling skills training, product launches, and field certifications to improve sales productivity.
  • Support the rollout of key programs, including MEDDPICC, corporate value story certification, and sales asset management.
  • Launch and reinforce new sales tools and technologies, enabling best practices in discovery, prospecting, and objection handling.
  • Build assessment and feedback loops to measure enablement impact and continuously optimize programs.
  • Develop and coach frontline managers to become better leaders and deal coaches.

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Program Development: Proven experience building training programs and managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Articulate), and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, 6Sense, or similar).
  • Process Adoption: Demonstrated ability to drive process, documentation, and tools adoption in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: Passion for helping others succeed and a strong desire to improve the seller and manager experience.
