The Revenue Enablement Manager will empower the sales force to win new business by developing impactful enablement programs, assets, and motions that amplify prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. This role involves collaborating with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure new logo acquisition strategies are adopted and executed effectively. Responsibilities include building and executing enablement programs for new sales motions, prospecting, pipeline generation, consultative selling, and complex sales cycles. The manager will design, develop, and deliver sales enablement solutions, conduct skills gap analyses, and develop/monitor sales enablement metrics. They will also coordinate and run programmatic sessions for new sales joiners, monitor sales objectives related to learning sessions, and coach sales teams on effective execution of selling skills, product knowledge, and processes. Fostering cross-functional alignment is also a key responsibility.
