Responsibilities

As the Sales Enablement Program Manager, Onboarding & Tools, you will design, build, and continuously iterate a scalable onboarding curriculum for GTM hires, facilitate engaging onboarding sessions, create modern learning content, collaborate with sales leadership, develop a reporting strategy to measure effectiveness, align onboarding KPIs with performance metrics, build targeted learning journeys, partner cross-functionally with HR and other teams, and own the enablement tech stack strategy, consulting with the business on tech stack success and providing enablement solutions.
