Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or program management, with a focus on onboarding. Strong project management skills and the ability to develop and deliver engaging learning programs are essential. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), learning management systems (LMS), and sales productivity tools (Gong, Notion) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Manager (Onboarding) will own and continuously evolve onboarding programs across all Sales segments in EMEA, designing and delivering modular onboarding paths that balance global consistency with regional and role-specific needs. They will develop field-relevant content, facilitate live sessions, standardize onboarding operating rhythms, and equip frontline managers with the tools and training they need to coach new hires effectively. Additionally, the role involves defining and tracking onboarding KPIs, utilizing data to optimize the program, and acting as a trusted partner to sales leadership on team readiness and onboarding success.
