We are seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to enhance our sales effectiveness through improved tools, comprehensive training, and better cross-functional alignment. You will be instrumental in optimizing our go-to-market engine by:
You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers to train Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), develop scalable enablement programs, and bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Additionally, you will manage our internal sales enablement content in Guru, assist reps with product changes, and ensure our messaging aligns with the company's strategic direction.
