Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of Sales Enablement experience, with a preference for prior experience in a sales role and familiarity with hyper-growth environments. They should have experience delivering training and presenting to GTM audiences both in person and virtually, along with a deep understanding of sales best practices, GTM processes, and Enterprise SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Enablement Lead, the individual will be responsible for driving the success of sales teams by overseeing and implementing strategic global Enablement programs, supporting Named Sales teams, and contributing to the development and execution of field enablement and global programs. They will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze data, apply best practices, and adapt, create, and scale sales enablement initiatives, focusing on onboarding and enablement programs, building scalable content and programs, gathering feedback, delivering programs related to Snyk’s methodology, and creating live, written, and course content to support the sales team.
