Requirements

Candidates must currently reside in the Southeastern US and possess an extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level. They should have strong strategic thinking skills, including analytical and financial planning, and experience in driving sales process and effective working relationships with Sales Operations. Furthermore, candidates should be able to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Sales Director will build and drive sales strategy for the region, recruit, coach, and mentor a team of direct Sales Executives, and actively engage in territory planning and relationship development. They will also manage and report accurate forecasts and pipeline, achieve annual sales goals, engage in C-level meetings, build relationships with various teams, retain and grow existing customers, and drive successful pipeline generation activities. The Sales Director will be responsible for owning CRM reports and fostering a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement within the sales team.
