Responsibilities

As Director, Agency New Business Sales, you will lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of four across North America & EMEA, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, drive revenue and productivity through strategic plans, hire, develop, and motivate team members, conduct regular business analyses to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies and lead generation tactics. You will also partner with account management and channel partnerships to provide excellent customer support and contribute to sustainable growth within the agency sales organization.
