Candidates should possess at least 5 years of overall sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising or travel vertical sales, along with proficiency in standard business and sales software such as Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, and the ability to build sales plans and RFP responses is also necessary.
The Sales Director will define and lead go-to-market strategies to acquire and develop new strategic clients across the West Coast within the Destinations, Attractions, and Airports verticals, develop and maintain an individual and team book of business, independently create and deliver persuasive presentations at industry events and conferences, effectively collaborate cross-functionally with commercial sales, client success team, and product teams, serve as a Subject Matter Expert on their region/vertical, maintain and grow a large book of business, meet and exceed aggressive sales targets, and maintain Salesforce CRM database while keeping client activity organized.
