  • Salary: $227,000 - $324,000 USD (OTE)

dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Solutions Architecture to lead its Southeast Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role is responsible for growing and managing a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success. The Regional Director will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure technical excellence, and support sales efforts, partnering closely with sales and the broader Americas revenue team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
  • Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
  • Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
  • Guide the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in the region by providing insights on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for the team’s needs.
  • Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.

Requirements

  • Reside in the Southeastern U.S. and are willing to work East Coast hours.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
  • 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent).
  • Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
