Candidates should possess extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high-performing mid market sales team and creating a winning culture, along with a demonstrable track record of executing GTM strategies in a software business. They should have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets (net new names accounts), experience in working with an extensive partner ecosystem, and experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities.
The Sales Director will operate in harmony with UiPath's values, develop and execute a GTM strategy for the assigned portofolio and team, to achieve a sustainable sales growth plan, and communicate and align the strategy across the UiPath Eco System of partners to enhance customer impact. They will also create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun, and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues, while remaining at the leading edge of innovation in AI/Automation and conducting monthly & quarterly business reviews with account sponsors.
