Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in Enterprise B2B sales, in account executive, or business development roles
  • Experience in selling to large enterprise businesses, managing complex sales processes across multiple segments, and developing differentiated messaging and sales approaches across different target segments
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and interact with both highly technical and business-savvy B2B customers
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM software to track deal progress and indicate next steps
  • Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Source prospects and leads in South Africa, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities
  • Manage the entire enterprise sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with relevant internal teams and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Understand customers' needs and help them achieve their business goals using Stitch
  • Initiate and drive the sales of Stitch solutions within enterprise prospects
  • Develop relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting customers with Stitch solutions
  • Negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data using our CRM software
