As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on engaging with users and prospects to guide them through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and proactively building a sales pipeline. You will also conduct research, craft value-add messaging, drive business conversations via phone, manage leads and accounts using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards, and utilize data to prioritize outreach efforts while consistently meeting business opportunity and pipeline targets.
