Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of data orchestration and data pipelines. Responsibilities

The Developer Success Engineer will provide technical support to Dagster+ customers and open-source users, offering guidance on data orchestration, integration, and pipeline development using Python. They will diagnose and resolve issues related to Dagster installations, integrations, and deployments, as well as troubleshoot challenges with cloud services and containerized environments. Furthermore, this role involves improving documentation, developing support tooling, and providing feedback to product teams to enhance product quality, while also working flexible shifts to support customers across various time zones and adhering to Pacific Time Zone hours.
