Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), with at least one year of prior inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment, and demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills. An audit or accounting background is preferred, and comfort with platforms like SalesForce, LinkedIn, Orum, and Outreach is expected.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to fuel AuditBoard’s growth, engaging new leads through various tools, managing the lead pipeline, supporting marketing efforts, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics, and maintaining SFDC and Outreach hygiene. They will also bring a world-class solution to market and function as the initial face of AuditBoard, while partnering with the inbound team to execute winning strategies and achieve goals while improving the performance of others.
