This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is crucial for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for senior sales teams. The SDR will manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns and events, playing a vital part in the company's revenue growth. Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce and Outreach hygiene, managing the daily pipeline, and collaborating with marketing on lead targeting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required.
  • 1+ years of prior inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment is required.
  • Demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills are required.
  • Audit or Accounting background is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, ever-changing environment.
  • Possess a "go-getter" attitude with a drive to turn challenges into successes.
  • Must be coachable and open to feedback for learning and growth.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Orum, and Outreach is beneficial, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a world-class solution to market and serve as the initial point of contact for AuditBoard.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel AuditBoard’s growth.
  • Discover and engage new leads using tools such as Outreach, Qualified, Orum, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Manage the lead pipeline, meet target numbers, and maintain opportunity hygiene.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in demand-generation campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly metrics, including sales activities, opportunity generation, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.
