Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably selling technical or industrial products
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Ability to work across all US time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations for potential and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with U.S. sales and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Monitor inbound lead channels (website forms, email campaigns, webinar sign-ups, content downloads, etc.)
  • Ensure timely first contact, typically within minutes to a few hours of lead generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
