Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Auto Dialer – Ring Central, database software, and CRM, along with visual and typing skills for data entry, are required.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting, developing and maintaining a customer database, and making a minimum of 200 dials per day to set a minimum of 5 initial appointments for Account Managers’ weekly. They will also perform other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors and management, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
