Technical curiosity and a team-first attitude are also essential qualifications.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on engaging with users and prospects to guide them through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and drive the company’s revenue goals. You will proactively research and outreach to target accounts, using a multi-channel approach including email, social media, and phone calls, while effectively following up on inbound leads and utilizing Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management. Furthermore, you will contribute to building and maintaining knowledge of the technology, competitors, and industry trends, and consistently meet pipeline targets.
