The Sales Development Representative will focus on increasing top-line revenue and unit deployment by educating themselves on Panoptyc’s products and services, calling on dormant and warm leads in the micro market channel, learning and mastering the Panoptyc sales methodology, conducting and managing business development activities including cold and warm calling, email outreach, webinar hosting, and attending events, tracking outreach effectiveness, maintaining CRM records, building lead lists, sharing customer feedback, building sales process documentation, and putting prospective customers and expansion opportunities into tiers to tailor outreach efforts.
