The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with prospects to uncover their needs, qualifying interest and viability, and moving qualified leads through the buyer journey. They will execute pre-defined touchpoints, present product information, and effectively work through a lead list while consistently updating activity and contact information within the CRM system. Additionally, the role involves presenting product information to customers once their needs are identified and working to book product demonstrations.
