Candidates should possess at least 6 months of Sales Development Representative experience, be located in Las Vegas and able to attend multiple trade shows in person, and demonstrate a preference for a fast-paced environment and quick learning. Experience with SaaS SDR best practices and tactics, particularly email for post-event followups and general outbound, is also required. A background in hospitality, events, or a related industry is considered a plus.
As a Sales Development Representative, the role involves attending multiple trade shows each week in designated hubs and other locations, meeting with event marketers at their booths, and building a pipeline of leads through email outreach, phone calls, social media, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities also include creating personalized emails, qualifying prospects using BANT criteria, scheduling discovery calls for the Account Executive team, accurately documenting all prospecting activity in HubSpot, testing new outreach techniques, and contributing to the team's culture and business growth.
