As a Sales Development Representative, the role involves building and maintaining knowledge of the company's technology, competitors, and industry trends; following up on inbound leads effectively; using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads; using research and data to prioritize and customize outreach; driving effective discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals; consistently meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets; and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to win as a team.
