Sales Development Representatives will engage with users and prospects to provide guidance and resources, partnering with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue goals. Responsibilities include building knowledge of Grafana technology and the competitive landscape, following up on inbound leads, and proactively outreaching to target accounts via multiple channels. SDRs will use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead management, conduct research to customize outreach, drive discovery conversations to understand user needs, meet pipeline targets, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
