Responsibilities

  • Field inbound inquiries and generate new business pipeline through calling on inbound leads
  • Strategically manage and call a high volume of inbound leads, prioritizing and organizing pipeline to maximize conversion
  • Leverage Salesforce's AI tools to streamline sales workflows, provide timely insights, and articulate value proposition to drive business growth
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Discover business initiatives and act as internal advocate
  • Build a point of view on qualifying customer needs, speaking to value and ROI vs. technical functionality
  • Learn to anticipate, prepare for, and overcome objections
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Critically think and learn through coaching from mentors to improve sales skills
