As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Grafana Labs, you will be instrumental in guiding users and prospects through their Grafana journey. Your role involves engaging with and understanding user needs to provide them with relevant resources. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals. Furthermore, this position is designed to help you develop valuable, transferable skills for your career advancement. By fulfilling these core missions, you will significantly contribute to Grafana Labs' community and business objectives.

In this role, you will manage both reactive (inbound inquiries) and proactive (outreach to target accounts) work. A detective mindset is crucial for researching and crafting thoughtful, value-add messaging. You will need to be confident in driving business conversations over the phone and adept at using AI to enhance productivity.
