As a Sales Development Representative, the primary responsibilities include engaging with users and prospects to guide them through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, and proactively researching and outreaching to target accounts using various channels such as email, social media, and phone calls. This role also involves building and maintaining knowledge of the company's technology, competitors, and industry trends, utilizing Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management, and driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals.
