The Sales Development Representative will grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns, generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives. They will utilize active listening to understand and uncover customer needs, identify high-potential growth areas, develop outbound strategies, and research companies to add prospects to the outbound list. Additionally, they will develop strong sales and product knowledge, partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
