Requirements

  • Drive, potential, and desire to progress through to a field sales role (previous experience ideal but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop leads from a multitude of scenarios, identifying which MRI solution is best suited for the prospect
  • Demonstrate efficient and clear lead management, maintaining detailed notes and analyses
  • Clearly listen and thus communicate solution knowledge to educate prospects
  • Manage and develop relationships, fostering a wide range of prospect types, covering all of MRI’s markets
  • Become proficient and diligent in using all supporting software solutions to manage your pipeline and add value to our prospective experience, these include: CRM, Sales enablement platforms, Meeting booking systems, Marketing enablement platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Manage internal relationships with our sales and marketing teams to ensure you are aligned on our strategic approach
  • Support our outbound marketing team in a range of ways to drive customer interaction and attendance including trade shows, webinars/seminars, specific campaigns and online or in person events
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly/monthly targets which will contribute to your bonus structure
  • Dedicate yourself to an internal ongoing development program which will include participation in sales and marketing orientated sessions alongside product training sessions
  • Deliver on assessed learning and development tasks (presentations, performance analysis, site visits with field sales and personal development plans)
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the real estate sector utilising subject matter material from both internal and external sources
