Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is a self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a eagerness to learn. The ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions is crucial, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role is necessary. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive company growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business. They will learn from experienced sales professionals and contribute to building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. Responsibilities include educating and developing leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns, as well as identifying and understanding lead generation processes to support marketing activities and handoffs to Account Executives. The role involves generating email sequences, making cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, and conducting follow-up calls and emails to schedule meetings.
