As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on engaging with users and prospects to guide them through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and proactively building a pipeline. You will also balance reactive and proactive work, responding to inbound inquiries and outreaching to target accounts, conducting research, crafting value-add messaging, driving business conversations on the phone, using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards, and prioritizing outreach based on data and research. Furthermore, you will build and maintain knowledge of the company’s technology, competitors, and industry trends, and consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
