Requirements

Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, a results-driven attitude, and eagerness to learn are also necessary. The candidate must be able to work autonomously, self-source solutions, and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate sales leads that will convert into opportunities and closed business. Learn from the sales team and contribute to building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. Educate and develop leads through prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns. Identify and understand each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive. Generate email sequences and conduct cold calls to map and penetrate accounts. Perform follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully scheduled.
