Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance partnership with immigration vendors
  • Guide employees and managers on immigration policies and requirements to ensure consistency and equity
  • Act as liaison between candidates, transfers and outside counsel to provide continuous support and coordination to effectively progress the immigration process
  • Facilitate assessment of new candidates and transfers as presented for eligibility of sponsorship
  • Analyze complex immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to internal clients in collaboration with outside immigration counsel
  • Actively identify process improvements focusing on employee experience
  • Monitor and respond to US immigration matters
  • Escalate and monitor issues while maintaining communication with key stakeholders
  • Partner with immigration team members on projects aimed at enhancing process and improving employee experience
  • Lead projects resulting from changes to U.S. immigration regulations and process
  • Partner on immigration systems enhancements, reporting, and analytics
