Requirements

Candidates should have 0-2+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably in SaaS. Experience with cold calling, particularly to SMB targets, is a plus. A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to learn new sales concepts through rigorous training is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources. Familiarity with standard sales tools and a willingness to explore new tools to streamline the sales process are required, along with a proven track record of professional and academic success.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects. They will utilize email, phone, and other creative channels to reach prospective clients through outbound tactics. Tracking sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools is a key duty. SDRs will overcome objections, pitch the Dandy value proposition, and advance prospects in the sales process. They will work closely with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets, partner with Account Executives on client handoffs, and participate in ongoing career development and training opportunities.
