Sales Development Representative - Fitness & Wellbeing Vertical

Position Overview

Xplor Mariana Tek, a leading vertical SaaS platform within Xplor's Fitness and Wellbeing vertical, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is crucial for driving pipeline growth and generating revenue by connecting boutique fitness studios with our intuitive business management solutions. Xplor Mariana Tek empowers these studios to streamline operations, save time, and increase sales performance.

Employment Type & Location

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location Type: 100% Remote (Candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Salary: $50,000 USD base salary, plus commission plan.

Responsibilities

  • Generate lists of ideal prospects for the sales team.
  • Initiate calls to prospects to book product demonstrations with Account Executives.
  • Implement multi-modal outreach strategies targeting key accounts.
  • Assist with data quality management and enrichment.
  • Learn and apply CRM best practices and workflows.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training programs.
