About the Job

This position is needed to play a crucial role in driving Twilio's growth in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the sales team in expanding Twilio's footprint across LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the Latin American region, focusing on industries that can benefit from Twilio's communication solutions.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Twilio's products and services.
  • Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine their fit for Twilio's offerings, and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing accounts.
  • Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.

Required:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, with strong English communication skills.

Desired:

  • Background in Electronic, System Engineering, or a similar field.

Location

This role will be remote and based in Colombia.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
