Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for reaching out to new pharmacies and introducing them to Leafio’s offerings, converting warm and cold leads into active pharmacy partners, building strong relationships with their pharmacy portfolio to help them grow and succeed, working alongside Key Account Managers to hand over high-volume pharmacies once established, ensuring smooth operations by setting up accounts, tracking orders, and following up on deliveries, keeping pharmacy partners informed about new products and updates, maintaining an up-to-date CRM with notes and insights, and assisting across sales and customer service teams when additional support is needed.
