Candidates should possess 3–4+ years of experience in a high-activity B2B sales environment, specifically in telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a solution-based setting. They should have a strong phone presence, demonstrating the ability to quickly build rapport, and be comfortable following a structured sales process while adapting it as needed. Candidates must be diligent with timely follow-up and pipeline management, confident in influencing decision-makers, particularly small business owners, and self-motivated with goal-driven abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities independently, along with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for reaching out to new pharmacies and introducing them to Leafio’s offerings, converting warm and cold leads into active pharmacy partners, building strong relationships with their pharmacy portfolio to help them grow and succeed, working alongside Key Account Managers to hand over high-volume pharmacies once established, ensuring smooth operations by setting up accounts, tracking orders, and following up on deliveries, keeping pharmacy partners informed about new products and updates, maintaining an up-to-date CRM with notes and insights, and assisting across sales and customer service teams when additional support is needed.
