The Sales Development Representative will build and maintain knowledge of Grafana's technology, competitors, and industry trends. They will follow up on inbound leads and proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts using a multi-channel approach, including email, social media, and phone calls. Responsibilities include conducting research, prioritizing outreach, and driving discovery conversations to understand user needs and provide appropriate resources.
