Huntress is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing team in Australia. This role focuses on building and expanding Huntress's presence in the Australian market by identifying net-new accounts and engaging with qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for the Account Executive sales team. The position involves both outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities, educating partners on Huntress's value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities in Australia through a mix of outbound and inbound leads
  • Engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) via phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify solutions
  • Operate beyond the defined role to help improve team processes, training, technology usage, and other business aspects
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging for new business opportunities
  • Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up-to-date
