Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for making a positive first impression. Your role is to identify if there's a good fit between Glofox and the prospect, answer their questions, and generate excitement for them to become a valued customer. This is an ideal role for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual looking to kickstart a successful career in sales.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and web chat to analyze their needs, answer questions, and handle objections.
  • Create a great first impression by providing all prospects with a world-class experience.
  • Ensure prospects for whom Glofox can add value are excited to move forward.
  • Ensure prospects for whom Glofox is not the right solution still have a positive experience.
  • Pass qualified opportunities over to Account Executives.
  • Follow up with prospects to uncover new opportunities and nurture existing leads.
  • Become an expert in Glofox's product offering and the dynamics of the fitness industry.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in software sales or marketing.
  • Great work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Ability to be a team player and thrive in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop quickly.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range (U.S. Based Candidates): $38,000 - $50,800 USD annually.
