Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will identify and research potential leads to build a targeted outreach strategy. They will engage prospects through outbound cold calling, introduce Wander's unique offerings, and generate interest to secure meetings. The role involves uncovering prospects' specific situations to identify pain points and opportunities, while also keeping prospects engaged through consistent follow-ups. The representative will facilitate smooth handoffs between Account Executives and prospects, ensuring seamless scheduling and rescheduling. Additionally, they will maintain accurate documentation of all interactions within HubSpot and actively participate in call reviews and self-development to improve their skills.
