Job Description

Role Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Friday.

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Sales Development Representative and make a real impact daily. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers' experiences. Xplor Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform empowering boutique fitness studios to manage their businesses with ease, save time, and increase revenue by streamlining daily operations and enhancing sales performance.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth and generating revenue. This role will focus on the Australian market and parts of the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ideal prospect lists for our sales team.
  • Call prospects to book demos with our Account Executives.
  • Target key accounts through a multi-modal outreach approach.
  • Assist in data quality management and enrichment.
  • Learn and apply CRM best practices and workflows.
  • Participate in sales training programs.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 USD
  • Eligible for a commission plan.
