The Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads by booking intro meetings through outbound outreach, foster community referrals by building relationships with existing partners, and drive event engagement by securing attendance from top agents. They will also provide pipeline support by researching and qualifying prospects, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, conduct high-volume outreach with a daily target of 75+ phone touches, and maintain CRM records accurately.
