The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a prospecting role. Strong in-person, phone, and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Candidates must possess an understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement. Proficiency in Salesforce.com is a plus, and candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively. Fluency in Flemish at a native level and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
As a Sales Development Representative at Snowflake, you will generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and manage lead activity to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers in the Belgian market. You will work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments. Utilizing strong selling and influencing skills, you will understand the Snowflake Database to provide high-level introductions, log and track outbound activity, and work closely with Sales Directors. Additionally, you will attend sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.
