Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a prospecting role and a University degree from an accredited institution. Strong in-person, phone, and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels. A solid understanding of workflow systems and their application to business process improvement is required. Candidates must also possess strong PC skills, with knowledge of Salesforce.com being a plus. Fluency in Norwegian at a native level and proficiency in English are essential, along with a proactive, independent mindset and a positive attitude.
As a Sales Development Representative at Snowflake, you will generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and manage lead activities to qualify and market our solutions. You will work directly with marketing to identify opportunities from leads and set appointments. Utilizing strong selling and influencing skills, you will provide high-level introductions to the Snowflake Database. You will log, track, and maintain outbound activity, collaborate closely with Sales Directors, and attend customer meetings as needed. Additionally, you will participate in sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to stay updated with technology.
