The Sales Development Representative will generate new leads through daily outbound calls and outreach, engage UK and Irish prospects to promote software and recruitment services, manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on AI, data, and recruitment market trends.
