Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of work experience, preferably as an SDR, and prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with grit – the emotional strength to handle persistent dialing and SDR responsibilities – are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will conduct persistent outreach through dials and emails to targeted prospects, communicate the company's value proposition to decision-makers, qualify leads for potential sales opportunities, deliver against a quota, leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers, collaborate with Account Executives to close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth, contribute towards optimizing the sales development approach, utilize Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.
