As a Sales Development Representative, the primary responsibility is managing incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients, providing cost estimates, assisting with billing/collection queries, and offering product information. The role involves researching prospects, generating interest, effectively communicating the value proposition of Business Wire products and services, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems, nurturing customer relationships, and keeping current with PR and Investor relations industry trends. Additionally, the SDR will contact customers through various channels, develop industry knowledge, maximize results by addressing multiple buyer needs, assist with company events, and collaborate with team members.
